Returns & Exchanges

At New York & Company, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original shipping package if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS or USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
